Howlite is the stone
of awareness. It can prepare the user or wearer to receive wisdom from

and healthy meditation. Used to release attachments, or cords, linking
old emotional pain, from this life or a past life, to the present. It is
associated with the Crown chakra, but can also be used to stimulate and

Sandalwood has been used for over 4000 years and has been said to calm
